APPLY TO THE MARKET
Vendors are considered for competitive application January-March annually. Later applications will be considered on a rolling basis, for vendor types/products not already accepted to the Market. Applications will be considered at the following month’s Board Meeting.
The 2024-2025 Vendor Application to Haymaker Farmers’ Market is available online.
There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for first-time food/agriculture vendor applicants only. This is payable online at the time of application submission or via check if application is submitted via USPS. Please make all checks payable to Haymaker Farmers’ Market. Vendor fees are $35 per market or $100 per month, payable during the season.
Artist/Craft Vendors who wish to participate in our monthly “Art At the Market” program (April-October) or the annual “Holiday Market” in December may contact info@haymakermarket.com for an application.
Haymaker allows non-profit and community groups to participate in the Market when their mission aligns closely with Haymaker’s (usually in areas of food, agriculture, gardening, or environmental issues). Groups may engage in education & outreach activities, but fundraising is limited. Space is limited and interested groups must apply online.
Vendors interested in applying to the Kent State Farmers Market (managed by Haymaker) can apply online through this form. There is no application fee.
